ABOUT ME
Jamie Ong, Founding Principal of Just EcoCities, is an independent environmental consultant with over 20 years of expertise in water and wetland resource design and implementation, mostly in NYC.
She also works as an Environmental Protection Project Manager at the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation and was an Assistant Engineer at Hazen and Sawyer from 2007-2013. She serves on the Executive Board of HarborLAB, a paddling and on-water education non-profit, and is an active member of the Community Engagement Committee for Guardians of Flushing Bay (GoFB).
She has experience in all sectors of the environmental industry, including non-profit, private, and federal and local government.
